Bravo Level

OFFICIAL RULES  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING) IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

SPONSOR:  Well Dot Inc., 1254 Chestnut St, Suite 304. Newton, MA 02464.

WELL APP:  The “Well App” refers to the proprietary software application(s) owned by Sponsor either as mobile applications or on a software-as-a-service basis.  The Well App is available for free to download from the App Store (iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices).

OFFER PERIOD:  The Bravo Level (the “Offer”) is available beginning on September 2, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”).  

ELIGIBILITY: The offer is open to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start of the Offer Period; (ii) a registered member of the Well application; and (iii) United Services Automobile Association (USAA) employees (collectively, “Eligible Users”).

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: To participate, eligible persons must (1) Complete the Charlie Level Challenge, and (2) Complete 12 Challenges with Well during the Offer Period. Challenges can be found within “Rewards” on both Well mobile and web (the “Participation Requirements”).

OFFER REDEMPTION, PRIZE(S) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Please allow 72 hours after completion of all required actions for Bravo Level to be marked complete.

Upon completion of the Bravo Level Challenge, Eligible Users will receive a 2027 premium discount at the following values:

USAA will be the sole distributor of premium incentives and cash equivalents. Please refer questions related to such distributions to USAA’s Health & Welfare Benefits Center at 800-210-8722, Option 5.   

PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL RULES:  By entering, participant agrees that s/he has read, accepted, and will abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Offer, rule interpretation, or the awarding of prizes shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. Additionally, it is expressly understood that utilization of the Well App requires ongoing acceptance of the associated terms and conditions. For more information, please review this page. By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Offer or participation in any Offer-related activity.

CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES.:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Offer, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper administration of this Offer as contemplated by these Official Rules.
